Third Son invites you to an intimate evening dedicated to one of the great classics of Italian aperitivo culture: the Negroni.

Hosted at the tailor shop, the evening will unfold as a guided Negroni class led by Mr. Flood from Riviera, offering insight into the history, technique, and balance that define this enduring Italian cocktail.

Guests will be introduced to the craft behind the Negroni through demonstration, discussion, and tasting, in a relaxed and conversational setting.

The experience includes a guided tasting of three distinct Negroni variations, each highlighting a different expression of this refined, bittersweet drink, accompanied by a charcuterie selection served throughout the evening.
